To maintain the integrity and softness of your purchase, we recommend dry cleaning where possible. If you choose to wash it at home, always hand wash in cool water using a gentle, specialized detergent. Gently press out excess water—do not twist or wring—and lay flat on a clean towel to dry.

We offer two main shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for an additional fee) You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Please visit our website’s Returns Portal
